Order Cancellation Policy
This Order Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through Adabirfin (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains the conditions under which an order may be canceled, how cancellation requests are processed, and how eligible refunds are issued.
Eligibility for Order Cancellation
We process orders quickly to ensure efficient fulfillment and timely delivery. For this reason, cancellation is only possible within a limited timeframe.
An order may be eligible for cancellation if all of the following conditions are met:
- The cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of order placement;
- The order has not yet entered packing or shipping preparation;
- A shipping confirmation or tracking number has not been generated.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier or marked as shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request cancellation of an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
When reaching out, please include the following details to help us process your request efficiently:
- Order number
- Full name used at checkout
- Email address associated with the order
- Payment confirmation or transaction reference (if available)
After receiving your request, we will review the order status and determine whether cancellation is possible. You will receive a confirmation email once the review is completed.
Refund Handling
If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing details are as follows:
- Refunds are returned to the same card or payment account used for the purchase;
- Once processed, refunds typically appear within 2–3 business days;
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the refund does not appear within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance so we can investigate the issue.
Important Notes
Cancellation requests are evaluated based on real-time order status. In some cases, an order may enter the fulfillment stage shortly after purchase, which may limit cancellation availability.
We recommend submitting cancellation requests as early as possible to improve the likelihood of successful processing.
